Blood is true french as in overseas. Nobody round here eats that snit.

I just had some scrapple with Jax and Smelly. It was scrapplicious and scraptacular. My favorite is black and white pudding though. (black is also known as blood pudding)The Irish waste nuthin. Imagine a food made of congealed blood and marrow, yum! And I really do mean yum. Since I moved from the Irish capital of NY I miss that you can not regularly get it from your local Shop Rite.
