For my Northern brothers a little FYI...
lagniappe

NOUN: Chiefly Southern Louisiana & Mississippi 1. A small gift presented by a storeowner to a customer with the cusomer's purchase. 2. An extra or unexpected gift or benifit.

I don't like how they have the pronunciation so I offer my own: Lan-Yap.
